I don't have a lot of time to write here plus it's not like I have anything to tell you since I just recapped the day on our phone conversation about 10 minutes ago.

Typical Tuesday

Well I voted today.  Thankfully Melissa came over to hang out with the kiddos so I didn't have to take them with me.  I didn't have to wait that long but as I was leaving there was a LONG line.  Remember waiting outside to vote for the presidental election (boo) and taking 4-week-old Alex?  It was so warm that day.  I hope my vote counted.  Besides that we had a playdate with Kelly and Graham at their house.  Alex had so much fun playing with all his toys (he has SO MANY "cars") and did not want to leave.

Manic Monday

A cold afternoon walk.  Alex didn't want to wear his hat (which I did) and Erin fell alseep.

Halloween

So Daddy is out of town again which means it's blog time (What? It's only been 3 months).  It's pretty appropriate that he left on Halloween considering I finally took some photos.  Alex wasn't too keen on wearing his cosutme, I even had him try it on for a few days before, but once he saw all the other neighborhood kids he was roaring (no pun intended) to go.

We met Shannon and Brycen for lunch today.  It was nice to see them and catch up with Shannon, I love that she is already out and about even though Brycen is only 3 weeks old!

This may be the last time we get to spend time with Sarah and Joel before baby #3 comes along.  I can't wait to see what she has (HR was 128 at her appt. last week...)  Joel just couldn't stop loving on Erin which I hope is exactly how he is with his new sibling.

We went outside to play and Alex was more interested in going to the Barnes' house.  At first I thought we wanted to swing but when he only lasted about 10 seconds I took him out.  Off he wondered to their sandbox (thankfully it wasn't open).  We have a sandbox here but he wanted to play in theirs...
