A day in the life

Not too much new is going on in Alex's world, he's just growing and growing as any baby does. He's so fun to watch as he changes day to day. The past week Alex has had some sort of GI virus so he's had his first experience with diarrhea. Besides that he thankfully seems to be feeling fine.
Uncle Todd bought Alex this Georgia outfit

Insert thumb into mouth...

It seems that we can't put him on his tummy without
him rolling over anymore.

Valentine's Weekend

John and I had a pretty uneventful Valentine's Day. We did get to see Todd and Kristen (and friends) on Friday.

Alex is learning to hold his bottle on his own...

Oh, mom

Alex is starting to sit up on his own, granted it doesn't last but a few seconds but he seems to be doing a good job.

Alex had a rough day, not only did his outfit have to be changed twice... but apparently he was very tired.

Since he's been born, I haven't gotten any photos of the cutie in just a diaper.

Alex is going to look back on this photo and tell me I totally humilated him but this is definitely the cutest thing I have EVER seen!

"Okay mom - enough of the photos of me sitting up on my own, now hold me!"

4 months

I can't believe that 4 months ago today we were at the hospital spending our first day with our new baby, our lives have completely changed since Alex was born. It's crazy looking back on photos, it was only 4 months ago yet Alex has grow up so much! He's rolling over, sitting up on his own for a few seconds, playing with toys, doing big boy things. . .

Rolling, rolling, rolling

So I finally got some "footage" of our big man rolling over. The mat I have him on doesn't show him at his finest (I can't seem to catch that on video yet).
