Alex's first IU game

Alex went to his first IU game today with us and the Scott's. He was such a good boy and is looking forward to going to more!

Alex waiting for his buddy Anna to get to our house wearing his James Hardy jersey.

Hanging out in the shade.

Although it looks like there was NO ONE at the game, we moved up from our normal seats so we all could stretch out more. This was a great idea, having a baby who hates to be held with people you don't know all around you isn't a fun plan. Anna, on the other hand, would have been completely content sitting on her Mommy and Daddy's lap.

Clapping for the Hoosiers.

The new part of Memorial Stadium.

This is another new area with a mini football field where kids can play, Alex will love this one day.

He was as interested in the game as I was.....

Giving Anna a kiss - too cute!

At his first trip to Nick's (definitely not his last). And to think that the table behind him is where Mommy played "Sink the Biz."

Pooped from a long day of football, sun and no nap.

Pure Michigan

These are just some of the photos Shannon took on our trip. She is great with the camera and always gets good shots at fun events. She had the have taken more photos during the Ludington trip than I took on our 10-day honeymoon.....

The wives - Shannon, Carla and myself

The Stornetta's

The Sorrells'

There was a little swing outside our cabin that Alex had so much fun swinging on.

I have no idea what John is doing here but I think it's hilarious.

Alex playing in the sand, he liked it more this time than he did in Florida.

John and Chris atop of one of the dunes.

Alex was not a fan of the water,

while his new buddy Noah, couldn't get enough of it.

Do you think we're starting him a little too young?

Alex waving to Chris.

The look Alex gave me after he pooped on me (twice)!

Oh, the Places You'll Go

We spent our Labor Day weekend in Ludington, Michigan with some friends. We had such a great time, even though we spent about 2 hours on the side of 31 helping friends with an unfortunate trailer (oh and I got pooped on twice). The weather was beautiful, the company was amazing and we got to relax. Alex made friends with Noah, swam in Lake Hamlin and pooped on me twice. As I've mentioned before I'm not very good at taking photos so here are a few of the few I took. For some reason I'm not having luck uploading photos from my Nikon so at this time this is about I have from our trip. Maybe I'll get technologically savvy and figure out the camera...

Alex spent the beginning of his 11-month in Ludington (after a 6 hour car ride). He's so happy be out of his car seat and able to move around.

Alex on his first boat ride which he really liked (almost as much as he liked that water bottle).

The Stempkowski's relaxing on the ride.

Alex isn't as much of a fish as Noah is. While Noah would kick in the water, Alex would do anything he could to keep his legs from going in.

Beggar

There's a reason Alex has gotten to be such a big boy, he LOVES to eat. As you can tell from these photos he doesn't like it when we eat and he doesn't get any (even if he's just had his yummy lunch of carrots, peaches and a bottle). We've worked so hard to keep Tank from begging yet now we have a baby that does so....

Feed me Mommy

If whining on the floor doesn't get your attention I'll climb up your leg.

Maybe I can just reach that bite.

Ahh!!!
