We met Shannon and Brycen for lunch today.  It was nice to see them and catch up with Shannon, I love that she is already out and about even though Brycen is only 3 weeks old!

This may be the last time we get to spend time with Sarah and Joel before baby #3 comes along.  I can't wait to see what she has (HR was 128 at her appt. last week...)  Joel just couldn't stop loving on Erin which I hope is exactly how he is with his new sibling. 

Erin was content outside today, I think she's getting over her hump.

We went outside to play and Alex was more interested in going to the Barnes' house.  At first I thought we wanted to swing but when he only lasted about 10 seconds I took him out.  Off he wondered to their sandbox (thankfully it wasn't open).  We have a sandbox here but he wanted to play in theirs...

Tummy time

Fish fry!

Since today was the first day of the fish fry I had to go!  It didn't take much convincing to get my Mom on board.  We luckly beat the crowd but definitely didn't beat the heat.  Alex was all about the fish at first but once he had a taste of the french fries and applesauce he was over the fish.  Remember last year when I had to work the fish fry right after we found out we were pregnant with Erin?  I felt terrible!  We saw Mac (which my Dad asked me later if Mac remembered my Mom...) and the ladies who sit in front of us at church.

"These french fries are great, I wish got to eat them more often."

Tonight was bath night and how cute is this little stinker wrapped up in her pink towel.  Alex stayed the night with Mallory at Grandma and Bop Bop's.  They wore my Mom OUT!  Luckly Melissa is there to help because you know my Dad didn't come out of his office...

Half way there

So my day started off with me having very little patience.  Nothing happened to make me that way I just woke up on edge.  I had breakfast with Kelly and Courtney at Patachou and on my way there I did a lot of praying.  God was listening because he made the rest of my day go smoothly.

Alex kept giving Tank his crayons which Tank then ate.  What is it with dogs eating crayons???

I took Alex outside to play with his sand box, he saw Ava (and her friend Natalie - who lives behind them to the right) outside and journeyed over there.  Ava is such a sweet little girl, she complimented Alex's new haircut.
