Long day

We didn't leave the house until about 2 today, the weather was just so-so so it seems like we didn' miss out on much. Staying inside makes for a long day so both the kids went to bed early.

Hi Daddy, I finally pooped today!  See how big of a girl I am? I don't stay on my belly long anymore.

I have no clue what Alex was doing here but I had to get a photo.  This is what he does to me when I adjust him.

I took Alex to Cookie Cutters today although I wish there were other options for places to take him.  Everytime I go I get the same lady and she gets very impatient with him.  I want to tell her, "you work at a place that is geared to kids, you have to expect them to look around, watch everyone else and not sit still."

Since Erin has no hair to cut she came with us so I had to get a photo of her haging out with Mommy.  Classy huh?

Day 1

We had a pretty uneventful day today.  Kids woke up at 7, we all played, Erin napped, Alex ate, etc.  Erin did have another CST appt. today.  Lynne said she is doing very well and I definitely saw more of an improvement during today's appt. than last weeks.  All that work she did today must have worn her out, she took a 3 hour nap!  Still no poops though, tomorrow will be day 5.  I took the kids for a walk before bedtime.  Alex loved it of course but half-way thru Erin was over it.

Alex could have colored all day.  After having to tell him about 4 dozen times that coloring is done at the table only and finding crayon marks on the wall we finally had to stop.

Well we all miss you and look forward to seeing you on Sat. (even if it is only for 24 hours).  BTW, there is a Tosh.0 marathon on right now...

A little bit of of our life lately

Erin and Tank - photos like these make me realize how big Tank is.

We took Alex to the park and he loved running around the baseball field.

I had to get a shot of Alex sleeping.  Don't you love that there is an 'A' on his pacifier.  That's the only way I could tell who gets which one (well until I realized they made girly colors....)

A church by us has a festival every year (I'll never get used to the fact that you can gamble and drink at it).  Alex was more interested in the merry-go-round this year than last.

We're back!

It's been a while since I've posted and I'm not going to pretend it's because I've been too busy. I've been having computer issues that I didn't want to tackle because I knew it'd take forever to go through (which it has). I really haven't taken many photos in the past month and a half (bad Mommy).

Erin was baptized with her niece exactly 18 months after her big brother. Her crying and Alex's "talking" made for an interesting service.

Erin turned a month old yesterday! As I heard many times, life with 2 is an adjustment! We are all haning in there and it's hard to say if Alex or if Tank enjoys Erin more. John and I are still adjusting to life with a newborn (oh how quickly you forget), sleepless nights, crying, lots of diaper changing, etc.
